Cocktail Hour
Everyone loves the cocktail hour! As our waitstaff butler pass to your guests a luscious selection of hors d’oeuvres, this is the perfect opportunity for you to wow your guests with the amazing display of cocktail stations you have personally selected. Dinner
Our fine wines and premium champagnes are sure to compliment each course of your hand crafted dinner menu. You may choose to start with a hot or cold appetizer. Your guests will select their own personal preference when offered a choice of meat, fish or poultry for their main course. Complete this gorgeous meal with a dessert that will satisfy the most discerning sweet-tooth. The options we offer you are endless. Each course is aesthetically composed and seasoned and cooked to perfection. From the first hors d’oeuvre to the last bite of your wedding cake, you are certain to savor the memory of this fantastic first dinner of your married life together!
Gourmet Additions
Our menu offerings range from the simple to the sublime. If you wish to augment your dining pleasure we have a wonderful selection of enhancements that will surely add to the opulence of each course. The centerpiece of your Cocktail Hour might include a spectacular Seafood Bar, or, an impressive Sushi Bar prepared by our renowned Sushi chefs. These exceptionally popular items will dazzle your guests right from the start. And our outstanding Viennese Table or Passing Viennese is the perfect way to end the perfect meal. As a parting gesture send your guests off at a To-Go Station of Cinnabons, a Donut Wall, or, a Candy Station with all of your favorite sweets. No better way to say “thank you for sharing our joy”!! But if you don’t want the party to end, consider extending the evening with an After Party. Special Occasion Menus
Anything is possible. Our culinary team will work closely with you to develop a menu that suits every occasion and more than meets your expectations. Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties can be elegant formal affairs or fun-filled buffets. Our Teen Menu is always available serving kid friendly passed hors d’oeuvres, Salad, Pasta or Pizza for first course, entrees of Chicken Parmesan, Sliced Steak or our Asian Sampler and perhaps an Ice Cream Sundae for dessert. Three-course organizational dinners can easily fit into your company or you school’s budget. An extended Cocktail Party or a Dessert Party would be ideal for engagement celebrations or Anniversary parties.
